Jacqueline brings over 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry and government-sponsored programs, having served the community since 2008. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she offers a unique, compassionate perspective—ensuring every client is screened for potential programs that can increase their savings and improve their quality of life.

Jacqueline takes pride in simplifying the Medicare process and helping individuals make confident, informed choices about their healthcare. Her approach is always thoughtful, thorough, and rooted in advocacy.

Outside of her professional work, Jacqueline enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and caring for her pets.

Jessica Zuidema

Time in  Industry: 7 Years

Jessica was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. She graduated from Marist College in 2005. She now has 3 kids, ages 3, 9 and 11 and a dog named Oreo. After being in the management field for 10 years, she needed a change. She found Medicare very confusing so she wanted to learn it to be able to teach and help others with it. Jessica also realized she needed life insurance as she was a working mother of 3 children. Over the past 7 years, Jessica has gained extensive knowledge of the industry and has been focusing on helping people with their needs. The industry can be very complex and it's never a one size fits all solution and Jessica takes pride in helping others become better protected for their futures.

Welcome our newest team member Grace! Grace is born and raised in The Hudson Valley with her family living all over in Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, & Orange County. She loves her dog Hank & spends most of her time with her 5 month old daughter & her husband. On the weekends you can find Grace out fishing or hiking around town. Graces deep roots in our community make her a great fit to help you or your loved ones with any Medicare needs.
